[ubuntu-uk] Packaging/Bug Jam

I've signed up for this, but if another one turns up closer to my 2
homes (Swansea or Newbury..) I'd be happier! I might be able to make the
london date, but it will depend on the dregs of my student loan at the
time. 

Seems an excellent idea though.
