Congratulations Alan.

The reason I didn't vote was the fact that you had to be registered on
Launchpad. I followed the link to join and then thought that I had no
right being there. It appeared to be for developers.
Then I thought should I be on this list at all ? Should I ?
I'm a kubuntu using taxi driver who was told about ubuntu-uk by a chap
who turned up at my local lug (manlug) and asked if there was any
objection to holding joint meetings.
I signed up to this mailing list then, but I've never seen him since.
So the question is -- Is this the right place to be ?

p.s. I would have voted for you anyway and can we have a screencast of
the election result please ?
