[ubuntu-uk] Mailing List Etiquette was (Re: Top Posting: a request.)

STONE COLD has had quite a response to his questions and it looks like 
he has answered people, but only they know which answer is meant for them.
I have been able to read every one of his replies so far but none of 
them were meant for me.
Some have complained about top posting. He isn't the only person who 
does that.
