[ubuntu-uk] CPU temps

and thats what i mean...should i trust my ubuntu telling me its a nice 28c. 
What can i install (tried and tested) in ubuntu that will accurately tell me the CPU temp. Something that can sit in a toolbar and constantly supply me with CPU temp info...anything?
