[ubuntu-uk] Anything like publisher?

Publisher is the most awful piece of software... the default formats for
saving ensure that even folks with Publisher can often not open documents
produced with later versions and, unlike with Powerpoint etc., there isn't
even a "Publisher Viewer" available for the unfortunate Windows users who
fall into this category.

You don't say what it is she has to do to it... if it's modifying it for
presentation later in Publisher then I think you're probably fairly stuck...
if she has the mandate to alter it to display in Openoffice then that'd be a
plan... it is, after all, free on Windows too so she could install it at
work and use that for the presentation when the time comes.
