I help when I can and teach people where to look when I can't! I'm a  
firm believer in the concept of "see it, do it, teach it" where by the  
student (or in this case person requesting help) sees a guide/demo on  
how to do something, does it and then (where appropriate - so not in  
this case) teaches the tutor how to do the same thing to prove that  
they understand the concept.

RTFM? Not really, more of a GTTFM (Guide Through The F***ing Manual)... ;o)
