There is a configuration file called ~/.elisa/elisa.conf which you can
edit with a text editor.

It has entries like:-

[base:video_activity]
# the video media locations
locations = ['file:///home/alan/Vodcasts/']

To list where your videos are. You can edit that, save, then restart
elisa.
