[ubuntu-uk] C/C++ Development

Hi Jai,

I'll probably get castigated for this but I use both and found Python
and GTK much less hassle and easier to get up to speed with quickly.

C is what C is - a good strong language, C++ - well many have strong
opinions on it (including Linux Torvalds).
