When they 'invented' it, they made it nearly unusable. Every time a
program tries to do something that needs escalated privileges, it pops
up a dialog box.

And their detection of whether or not a program is an installer is
laughable - there may be other checks, but rename a random program
(such as notepad) as setup.exe and you suddenly need to run it with
administrator privileges!!!
