I however, tend to use this list in my imaginary hierachy of help:
1) This List
2) #Ubuntu-uk on IRC
3) https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/
4) https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/
5) as 2) + 'ping popey' ;)

This is just how I tend to do things, and 5 is just me being cheeky! I
know I should try #ubuntu aswell, but in my experience it is too
'busy' to get anything meaningful done.
