Thanks for the reminder Popey, I've added a few things.

Could I just ask people to either a) turn up to the meeting theirselves 
or b) Explain the agenda item in detail. It makes the meeting have far 
less "hmm, what does this agenda item mean?" moments, and much more 
fruitful.
