I recently wrote a program called SteekyTV for Linux.
I'm not sure if it has BBC Parlaiment working yet but
it's something I will check into. There are a few BBC
video feeds in there and it's all updated server side.
The program is in the very early stages of devlopment
but seems to work on Edgy.
