All x86 PC's all work fine with a generic VGA driver the comes with a 
modern OS. That said Ubuntu comes with both the open source NV driver 
for Nvidia cards, and the closed source Nvidia driver written by Nvidia, 
the manufacturer of the Nvidia chips, so you don't need to download 
anything from anywhere...
