[ubuntu-uk] Restricting bandwith on another pc!

Hi,

Just wondering, is there anything that will let me manage network bandwith (
i.e restrict, allow more/less usage of broadband connection) ?

My modem is connected to a router and im running three pc's of that!!!
One pc is running windows xp full time.
One pc switches between xp and gutsy 7.10.
and one pc is a full time ubuntu runner!
I want to be able to restrict from the full time ubuntu gutsy pc!!

Hope this makes sense!
