[ubuntu-uk] Movie pirate forced to use Windows

Yeah I saw this on the ubuntu forums. Someone pointed out that don't
ISPs log all traffic anyway, and a hardware-based solution would be
easier.

I wonder if he had to buy the windows license himself?
