Funny you should post that, I was wondering myself the other day if it 
would work.  Have you had any success so far?

I have have a play with iPlayer on my work laptop (which dual boots XP 
and Ubuntu Feisty), can't say I was very impressed with the selection of 
titles on there, so I removed it.
