I did a fresh Feisty install on my other half's old Dell Latitude (P3
1.2Ghz, 256MB RAM etc) and it runs really nicely. Like you say, it
runs the desktop effects even with the onboard graphics !!!!

This version of Ubuntu is really spot on :-) I've even converted a
couple of enthusiastic Windows pro-users over to the cause.

The era of the Linux Desktop is nigh......
