I don't see why you have a forum there really. In my opinion if it's an 
Ubuntu based project it "should" use ubuntuforums - the already very 
successful, high profile forum system. Expecting people to keep up with 
*yet* *another* forum is possibly misguided.

Why not ask the ubuntuforums admins for a forum to be created for you on 
their site and leverage their site visitors and infrastructure?
