I'm no expert on this, but the command 'aptitude show nvidia-glx-legacy'
produces this in its description of the package:

>  These XFree86 4.x/X.Org binary drivers provide optimized hardware acceleration

>  TNT2, TNT Ultra, GeForce, and GeForce2 chipsets. AGP, TV-out and flat panel

So, I would think the nvidia-glx is the package you need.
