Perhaps this is something to consider doing at install days instead?
Rather than faces of lug members we could get new "normal" users.

There is potential to sort the stereotype problem (depending on who
turns up on the day), to give people a nice memento (after the fact) &
reinforce that Linux is for "normal people". If we're talking simple
paper cases here the costs shouldn't be too prohibitive.
