I am a welsh speaker but, have limited time - may I suggest we contact the
Welsh Assembly Government who would probably fund such an important project.

We could also contact the Welsh Language Faculty at Bangor University North
Wales - they produce the software for the Welsh Spellchecker & Dictionary
'Cysill & Cysgair'

Regards

Here here! Sadly my Welsh is very much at beginner level. One of my
best friends is Welsh-first-language speaking, but she doesn't share
my computer obsession. I'll keep an eye out for anyone I can drag
into it though :-P
