There is a general calendar for ubuntu meetings at
http://fridge.ubuntu.com/event, there is an ical (I think, I know it
works with google calendar) feed from it. 

I don't know what the procedure is for getting events added to this
calendar, emailing fridge-devel at lists.ubuntu.com might find that out
though.
