It can take a while. Currently they are sending CDs to people who did not 
order them for Warty, 4.10. When those are finished, they will start sending 
to people who have ordered further CDs. 

For urgent matters such as events and stuff, you can just contact 
info at shipit.ubuntu.com. That is what we can use if we organise some events 
and need CDs.
