[ubuntu-uk] kstars issues

OK, here's the story so far. Installed kstars, it only works if I run it
as root. If I do that next boot the ownership of .ICEauthority has to be
changed from the failsafe terminal via chown back to me from root. 

This is what terminal shows when I run kstars...
