Yesterday I talked to the Telegram task force team, and I plan to talk with David on the subject soon. We may evaluate whether it would make sense to use Transifex (I confirmed that's a possibility), and leverage the fact that a lot of strings have already been translated for other clients. I would also like to think that, if we made that decision, we could also somehow import our current translations from lp, in appreciation of the work the community did.
