New strings to translate in gnome-initial-setup

Dear translators,

We having been working on restoring a functional 
firstboot-user-creation/oem mode for Ubuntu Desktop in Noble, based on 
gnome-initial-setup 
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-initial-setup/+bug/2071449).

The change uploaded include some extra translatable strings which are 
now available (I've manually uploaded an updated template ahead of the 
SRU review) on
