Translations for Ubuntu Lunar are now open

Hello, 
my very first remarks: 
- Where do we translate the tab "Ubuntu Desktop" in Settings? 
- The size of the desktop icons...we already had to translate it twice, once when it was "ding" thing then when it got included in Settings, and now a third time? 
- Same observation for the position of new icons. 
- The new installer is now included but the translations on weblate are locked =/ Do we know when it will be possible to edit them? 
- The language packs are not building weekly
