Loooking at https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jammy/+lang/uz I'd 
prioritize templates with high visibility: Examples may be:

This group of templates:                     226

But others would probably pick different templates...

I'm not aware of a specific such deadline. We are in "feature freeze", 
but I think (i.e. not a promise) that it would be possible to have it 
approved and accomplished for 22.04. But with that goal you are in a 
hurry. ;)
