New ubuntu-advantage-desktop-daemon component to translate

Hey translators,

As a FYI there is a new project to be translated
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-advantage-desktop-daemon

That's a service which will be used in the incoming LTS (and probably 
SRUed to older series) to handle UA subscription, for example the 
enabling of the livepatch service in software-properties.
