UserInterfaceFreeze for 21.10

Hey translators!

UserInterfaceFreeze for Ubuntu 21.10 happened yesterday. It means that 
translatable strings in the default packages for the desktop and 
applications won't change unless "absolutely necessary". Possible 
exceptions will be announced here and need to be approved by the release 
team.

So this is a good time to take a look at the Ubuntu translations. The 
NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline [1] is on September 30, and the 
LanguagePackTranslationDeadline [2] is on October 7.

Let me take this opportunity to mention the highly visible Ubuntu 
Software. While it's based on gnome-software, which is well translated 
into many languages, Ubuntu Software is made available as a snap and 
includes several additional strings which can be translated here:
