Indeed, but this time it has its explanation. Ćukasz decided (after
consulting with me) to not require explicit confirmations in order to
move language packs from -proposed to -updates. I tried to explain that
here:

Given the new approach, I'm not sure it would be motivated to use
additional channels for the calls for testing.
