Heads-up about new package for desktop icon support

Hi Translators!

For 21.04 the desktop team has replaced the previous desktop icons gnome 
extension with an improved one: Desktop Icons NG. It brings some rather 
visible translatable strings, but since it's a new project, there are 
quite a few untranslated strings at the moment, and many languages are 
missing.

To add translations upstream, you currently need to propose a new or 
changed PO file as a merge request 
(<https://gitlab.com/rastersoft/desktop-icons-ng>).

But to improve it for the upcoming Ubuntu 21.04 release, you can use the 
Launchpad interface:

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng

The package name is gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng and the name 
of the translation domain is ding.

Please note that the Language Pack Translation Deadline is on April 15, 
so there is about a week to go.
