Call for testing: Bionic langpack updates III

Hello Gunnar, hello colleagues. I’ve tested the proposed language packages on 18.04 for Belarusian language. Apps and updates are working fine, interface strings got improved and I cannot see regressions. Please tell me if I should write somewhere else or do smth more. I don’t have access to edit wiki so writing here.
