Hello translators!

Let's start the third langpack update cycle for Bionic. This gives the
translators teams an opportunity to help so that the 18.04.4 point
release (scheduled to be released on February 6) is shipped with updated
translations for respective language.

This is not a "full update", i.e. the docs are not included, so the
names of the langpacks which have been copied to bionic-proposed are:

   language-pack-XX
   language-pack-gnome-XX

where 'XX' is the language code.

The steps involved are described at this wiki page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/LanguagePackUpdatesQA

Basically the translation teams are asked to

* install the updated langpacks from bionic-proposed
* perform the tests according to the wiki page
* add the test result for respective language to the Bionic table on
   the wiki page

The row for Swedish has already been inserted; just add your language in
the same manner.

Langpacks which have been reported as successfully tested by 30th of
January 14:00 UTC will be copied to bionic-updates, and with that made
available to all users.

Efforts are being made to replace this manual test process with
automated tests, and an experimental script will be used this time to
test all the langpacks. As a result, also langpacks which have not been
manually tested may or may not be moved to bionic-updates as well. But
please don't take this as a hint that manual tests are not necessary
this time. Manual tests may be a requirement for having the langpacks
moved to -updates also this cycle. And otherwise they will still be
useful for evaluating the new tools in the making.

Note: If you are not an Ubuntu Member, you need to be a member of
<https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-wiki-editors> to be able to edit the
wiki page. You are encouraged to take this opportunity to join
~ubuntu-wiki-editors, but if you don't get edit access in time, please
post the test result for your language in a message here instead.
