Permission to add new strings to update-manager post-UIF

The following strings need to be added to update-manager in order to resolve bug #1868409:

_("Duplicate packages to be removed”)
_("Updating snaps”)
_("Refreshing %s snap" % snap)
_("Removing %s snap" % snap)
_("Installing %s snap" % snap)
