REMINDER: Call for testing: Bionic langpack updates I

Hi!

The number of tested language packs so far is ... lower than I had 
hoped. C'mon, it takes about 10 minutes to accomplish those tests if you 
have access to an Ubuntu 18.04 installation.

Approx. 20 hours more to go.
