New strings upcoming in gnome-control-center bionic SRU

Hey translator team,

I want to keep you informed that we are going to SRU in bionic a new 
patch for gnome-control-center, which adds to the .pot at build time 3 
new strings to gnome-control-center privacy panel. The goal is for user 
to be more fine-grain in controlling the error reporting tool.

Details are on

to sum up the new strings:

     - "Send error reports to Canonical"
     - "Send reports automatically"
     - "Show a dialog for each error before reporting"

Note that this patch introducing those strings are already in cosmic 
since the 1st of June.
