That doesn't sound good at all. The packages that have been published
to -proposed have been copied from the langpack PPA, so I'd expect
those to have sane contents (sanity tested by translators) - but maybe
there's actually no one using those in reality. I'll look into this
tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up!
