New component/strings to translated (gnome-initial-setup)

The feature is described in that ffe report

gnome-initial-setup is being added (in a modified form including ubuntu
specific pages) to the Ubuntu session, the upstream translations have
been imported in launchpad but there are also a bunch of Ubuntu specific
strings that need translation on
