OTA9 strings (second round)

  Hi again:

  We had various issues with the permission dialog strings and they
are all now available in Launchpad. So please, check these projects:

  - camera-app
  - trust-store
  - ubuntu-location-service
  - pulseaudio

  Some of these strings are "wants to record audio", "wants to access
your current location", "is trying to access".
