New gnome-software translatable string

The package change landed in the archive and the url changed, should be
there now

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/xenial/+source/gnome-software/+pots/gnome-software/<locale>/61/+translate

If translators pick it up tomorrow we might be able to include some of
the translations in Xenial
