How to find Ubuntu phone strings

Hi Bernard,

The Today scope is at the moment only shipped by BQ and is currently not
available as a launchpad project to report bugs/translations against etc.
Although I have heard that efforts are underway to opensource the scope
soon. I am afraid I don't know the timeline on when that might happen.
