FFE for theme changes

Hi,

Please consider allowing UI freeze exceptions for bugs #1376565 and
#1425155. They're quite visible changes and might affect some
screenshots. Most notably totem while playing a video. No strings are
affected.

Sorry that I didn't get those in before the freeze.
