Ubuntu Serverguides 12.04 and 14.04 point releases

I can only speak for the Ubuntu Serverguide.

If someone has done has done a lot of translating and would like the work
to be published in an update to help.ubuntu.com, then just let me know and
I'll do it. Update publications to help.ubuntu.com do NOT occur every few
weeks or months.

For the current point release cycle, we'll update help.ubuntu.com later this week.
