Ubuntu phone translations stats back online

Hi,

Thanks for the heads up, I've mentioned it in another thread, but the stats
are now back online.

In terms of the 'Last updated on', it's a field in the page that I'm not
updating right now, but the stats themselves are still updated daily
(unless something breaks, as it was the case recently).
