Please note that there is a separate set of language packs for the
phone, and the Breton one (language-pack-touch-br) has not been built
yet. Hence there is no easy way at this time to add Breton to the phone
manually.

You'd better wait. I can't tell when the Breton package will be built,
but hopefully it will happen soon.
