breton language in ubuntu phone

Hello, 

We realized the complete translation of ubuntu phone in Breton. We want
to know how to add that language to BQ4.5
The translation was done by the Public Office of the Breton language
http://www.brezhoneg.bzh
The Breton language is very active on the web, for example facebook has
been translated and he is a 54000 article in wikipedia.
