Ubuntu phone translations stats back online

Hi all,

Thanks to everyone who sent heads up about the phone translations stats not
updating.

I've now fixed the problem and they should be updating daily as usual:

http://projects.davidplanella.org/stats/

You'll notice that the completeness of most languages has gone down by
about 25%. I believe this to be because of the addition of dbpedia
translations to the remote scopes package, which now seems to mostly be
composed of those translations. Facundo, could you tell us more about this?
