Hi Brandon!

Allowing anyone to approve Ubuntu translations is not the way to go.

Please note that a lot (probably most) of the software used in Ubuntu is
normally translated upstream, so the translations also benefit other
distributions but Ubuntu. Banshee is an example of that.

Banshee is a GNOME application, and I think you should ask to be a
member of the Korean Translation Team at GNOME to contribute to the
translations of it.

As regards PulseAudio, which I saw in another list message that you have
worked with, the translations are unfortunately not very well organized.
It was previously handled via Transifex, but according to comments on
this bug report:

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45524

they seem to currently encourage translators to contribute PO files in
the form of Freedesktop bug reports.

In both cases, translating directly through Launchpad is possible
(provided that someone approves the translations...), but - for the
reason mentioned above - not recommended.

Nevertheless, to help with Ubuntu translations, you should indeed get in
contact with https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-ko

You said that the members "aren't active as before". I see that there
are three admins in the team. Have you tried to contact all of them?
