New Weather App translations

Hi all!

Andrew, Martin and Victor have been hard at work creating a new
Weather App for Ubuntu devices. There's a bunch of texts which need
translating. If you have time we'd really appreciate it if you could
translate the texts in the new 'reboot' branch. It will soon replace
the existing weather app on Ubuntu Phone, and as the phones are now
available globally, we'd love to have the same great translations
coverage as we do everywhere else.
